ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS, AND REFRESHMENTS:
Participants will be lodged, with full board, at the Hotel Oriente in comfortable shared double bedrooms, equipped with bath/shower and W.C.
Students will be given the opportunity to specify with whom they would prefer to share the room.
It is possible for you to have a non-shared room, but there will be an additional charge of 67 Euros per night and there is limited availability of single rooms.
If you bring a guest with whom you wish to share your room, there is an additional charge of 83 Euros per night for your guest, which includes all the meals for the guest.
Children under 10 may stay in the same room with their parents for no additional cost. The extra charge is paid by you directly to the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner times will be as follows:

Breakfast	07.00 - 08.30
Lunch	13.00
Dinner	20.00

Lunch and Dinner will be served in one sitting and participants are therefore requested to be on time.
Morning and afternoon coffee will be at the following times:

Mornings	11.00 - 11.30
Afternoons	16.30 - 17.00

If you decide to ask for such extras, do not contact directly the hotel. Please send us a note with details about your request and we will proceed reserving the extras for you.
The prices refers to extra services confirmed by 10 July or until the end of availability. After this date you have to get in contact directly with the hotel and buy the desired services at list price.
