ELECTRONIC DEVICES FOR TALKS:

All the talking rooms are equipped with two overhead projectors. There are no blackboards, just one paper board per room.

Participants who like to perform a slide show (power point or other presentation) must bring and use their own computer – only projectors and screens are provided by the Conference Organization.

MEALS:

Breakfast 7.00-10.00 am

Buffet Lunch 1.00-2.30 pm

Dinner 8.30 pm

The (very rich) buffet lunch is available for participants and accompanying persons at the special price of 22 Euro, booking at the Hotel Desk before 9.00 am the same day

INTERNET:

Because of the newly introduced laws on the use of Internet, it is not possible to arrange a free Internet access dedicated to participants.

In the Hotel there are two Internet wireless areas, any guest can use his own computer to connect via his own provider from these areas. In any room there is the phone line.

An Internet point is located 800 mt from the Hotel. An Internet point may (not yet confirmed) be arranged in the Hotel (cost: 3 Euro for 30 minutes or fractions).
