You need to
- have a PhD,
- fill in and sign the application forms "ALLEGATO B", "ALLEGATO C" and "ALLEGATO D" (pages 23,24,25,26 of the following pdf file ) as shown in the following examples (JUST LOOK AT THE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT ): example ALLEGATO B (1/2),
example ALLEGATO B (2/2),
example ALLEGATO C, example ALLEGATO D.
- number your N publications and M additional qualifications documents by writing on them P.1, P.2, ..., P.N, Q.N+1,Q.N+2,...,Q.N+M
- send
- 2 copies of the application forms "ALLEGATO B", "ALLEGATO C" and "ALLEGATO D" you have filled in,
- the introduction of your PhD thesis,
- your curriculum vitae,
- your scientific publications (if any),
- your additional qualification documents (other PhD titels, past research contracts, past post-doc contracts, grants, awords, ...) (if any),
- 2 copies of the numbered list of your publication and additional qualification documents,
- copy of your ID or passport
