HOW TO GET TO NAPLES
Via Airplane
The closest domestic and international airport to Vico Equense is Capodichino Airport just outside of Naples. If you are flying to Italy from the U.S., it is likely that you will stopover at Malpensa Airport in Milan or Fiumicino Airport in Rome, and then make a connecting flight to Naples. There are direct flights into Naples from Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich and Brussels, in addition to national flights from Rome and Milan.
Via Train
You can reach Naples by train. There are three main train stations in Naples: Central Station (or Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, which is located exactly under the Centrale Station), Mergellina Station, and Campi Flegrei Station. The train service from Rome is frequent, and the trip takes about two hours.

If you are arriving to Naples via train, get off at Central Station, where you can connect to the Ferrovia Circumvesuviana (located under Napoli Centrale Station). Trains from Naples run approximately every half hour until 10 p.m. Be careful, the trains marked DD (Direttissimo) in the timetable do not stop at Vico Equense. Vico Equense is easily reached from Naples by car (45 minutes): take the A/3 Naples – Pompei – Salerno motorway, get off at the exit "Castellammare di Stabia" (at km 22) and always follow the indications for Vico Equense along the panoramic main S.S. 145 road.

Vico Equense is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Neapolitan coast, halfway between Sorrento and Castellammare di Stabia.
