This conference extends the series of the previous meetings organized by the PRIN "Strutture Geometriche, Algebriche e Combinatoria" of Italian Ministero dell'Universita' e della Ricerca Scientifica. The aim of the conference is to present some recent developments on Pure and Applied Combinatorics and its connections with Geometry, Graph Theory, and Algebra. There will be invited lectures of one hour and special sessions for contributed talks of fifteen minutes each.
